Send me your Stanley tumbler and I can custom engrave it for you!! We will engrave other tumblers, but you must message us first. The buyer is responsible to ship at their expense, the tumbler to Seller. Shipping back to buyer is included in price.
Seller is not responsible for damaged tumblers. The tumbler will be inspected upon receipt and any damage or concerns will be discussed with buyer. Seller is not responsible for any manufacturer defects or flaws that are exposed during the engraving. If an error happens during the engraving process (Seller's responsibility), we will replace the tumbler. If we do not have the tumbler or the inability to obtain one, we will offer the buyer the option of another tumbler equal in value or refund the purchase and the cost of the tumbler per the manufacturers or retailers list price. Exception: Due to issues we've found with some Stanley Black Chromas, we will not be held responsible for any issues or damage caused during the engraving. We will refund the purchase price of the engraving only and return the tumbler to you.
