All designs are LASER Engraved, not vinyl and will last forever. Tumblers are brand new and come with lid and 2 straws.
The tumbler can be personalized with a name or other idea. Please type name and font style EXACTLY as you want it to appear.
We always try and make the tumbler as perfect as possible but there may be very slight variances in different tumblers which are hardly noticeable.
Returns are only accepted for flaws on the engraving and items must be returned in the same condition.
Returns are not accepted for lids that do not line up and other manufacture defects.
