We always try and make the tumbler as perfect as possible but there may be very slight variances in different tumblers which are hardly noticeable.
We are not responsible for mail marked DELIVERED by carrier. Please make sure you are having your package delivered to a secure area.
Returns are only accepted for flaws on the engraving and items must be returned in the same condition. Returns are not accepted for lids that do not line up and other manufacture defects. If you have any questions or concerns please don't hesitate to contact me!
